In its 14th year, the New Hope Christmas Market welcomes craft vendors, and direct sales representatives. The Market also includes raffles, a hot chocolate station, and our famous Chili Bar! And back by popular demand, families can register to have Family Christmas photos taken and bring their children to have Breakfast with Santa!
As always, the New Hope Church Christmas Market proceeds will benefit our Feed My Starving Children (fmsc.org) Mobile Pack. To date, New Hope Church has helped fund and pack over 13 million meals.

Vendor and Donation Information
Our Market is unique in that we offer small business vendor tables, as well as in a separate area, we have baked goods and craft items which have been donated to New Hope to sell. All of New Hope’s items are for sale in the Lobby & Atrium and are on tables with red tablecloths. These items will be brought to and paid for at New Hope’s checkout table also located in the Lobby. There will be signs posted at the entrances to all Small Business Vendor areas letting shoppers know they need to check out each vendor’s table. In addition, when shoppers arrive, they are greeted at our welcome table, where they are given a vendor listing, and these specifics are explained.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- All terms and conditions will be outlined on the registration page. Please be sure you read them carefully. By registering you agree to the terms and conditions.
- New Hope has ample free parking.
- Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email from our Market Coordinator.
- Setup is on Friday 7-9 pm and Saturday 7:30-8:45 am
- Our Chili Bar will be open at 11:30 am until we run out. This is available for purchase, or you may bring your own lunch. Refrigerator space and use of a microwave are NOT available.
- Coffee, hot tea and our soda fountains which offer filtered water are complimentary and available in our Atrium. Feel free to bring your own cup/water bottle.
REGISTRATION IS NOW FULL
- 100% of your sales stay with you.
- YOU handle your own checkout.
- Registrations are only accepted from vendors who have been approved through our application process.
- We will specifically promote your business on our Christmas Market Facebook page. General promotion of our market is done with paid Facebook ads and an ad in a local neighborhood newsletter. In addition, the Market will be in all of the church’s various communications, and the communications to our childcare programs.
- We encourage all vendors to promote on their own social media and will happily send you a Market graphic to do so.
Registration fees:
Indoor registration: Includes a 6’ table with 2 chairs
- Indoor Downstairs – $75.00
- Indoor Upstairs – $50.00
- Electricity (optional) $5.00
Outside registration: Includes an 8’ table with 2 chairs
- Outside – $30.00
Canopies no larger than 10×10 are permitted. Propane outdoor heaters are also permitted. Electricity is not available.
DIRECT SALES: Only one of each direct sales brand will be accepted. Teams are welcome to register as “one” vendor and share a table.
Vendor selection is at the discretion of the Market Coordinators and will be accepted on a rolling basis. If your application is accepted, a link to register will be sent to you.
- 100% of the sales go to New Hope Church
- We will provide table space for the items you indicate you will be donating.
- You have the option to drop your items off in advance or stay at the table.
- All items should be pre-priced prior to drop off.
- Arrangements for the unsold items must be made prior to the Market.
