The primary purpose of the Worship Team is to effectively communicate the relevance of Jesus Christ to those attending our services, and to lead them in worship. We use contemporary music and creative worship elements to convey Biblical principles. This team incorporates all the aspects that come together to create an inspirational worship service—light, sound, video, music, and more.

The Video Team is responsible for operating the robotic cameras, video switcher and floor camera to project the worship service into the atrium, side lobbies, other areas of the building so overflow areas and volunteers can see the service and streamed on line. Video is also uploaded to the web each week. No experience is necessary; training will be provided. If you have an eye for composition, like to shoot video or photos, or enjoy a good production, this job is for you!
The Lighting Team customizes the auditorium lighting for the different moods and aspects of our services. This team uses the lighting boards to transition from one setting to another during the music portion of the worship service, and provides correct lighting during the teaching and videos. They are really a part of the band! No experience necessary; all training will be provided.
The Sound Team is a great place to volunteer if you have a critical ear and like to listen to music. It’s a good opportunity for those who want to learn how to “create the mix.” Don’t let all the buttons and knobs scare you! A lot of it can be pre-set, and we provide all the training. No prior experience is necessary; we’ll place you in the service that matches your skills, and move you up as you grow! We have positions that only require moving two faders for pre-recorded music and the group leader in the children’s services, all the way up to operating the digital board and mixing a live band in the main auditorium. This job is technical, but also very creative.
The Media Team runs the multimedia presentations that are used during all of our services. They prepare the lyrics for the worship songs during the week prior to the service, and run the lyrics, message notes, and videos from Pro-Presenter during the service. Media Operators incorporate song lyrics, message notes, and video elements using Pro-Presenter Media Presentation software live during the service. No experience necessary; we will provide all the training.
