Summer in the Psalms
The Psalms were written over 1,000 years by kings and outcasts, warriors and wanderers, people full of faith and people barely holding on. They all wrote them. They all needed them.
And here is the thing: nothing has changed.
These were not polished prayers from people who had it all figured out. They covered every emotion, every doubt, every season of life. Joy, grief, anger, gratitude, confusion. It is all there, and it is all honest.
If faith has ever felt complicated to you, the Psalms are for you. If you have ever had more questions than answers, the Psalms are for you. If you have ever sat in a hard moment and wondered where God was, you are in good company.
This summer, we are slowing down and sitting with these ancient poems together, asking real questions and finding out what words written thousands of years ago still have to say to our lives right now.
Do not miss what God wants to do in you right now. Bring a friend and join us.
