Last week we ended a series about kicking the excuses to the curb and opening our hands to God. Today we take the next step. Baptism is the public picture of everything Jesus has already done in you, the moment you go on record with the decision you have already made in your heart. It is not for people who have it all figured out; it is for people who have decided to follow Jesus, no buts about it. Today we celebrate the people stepping into the water and challenge everyone else to ask one honest question: what is the next step God is asking me to take?
