The Silo Center Child Care programs are the realization of a dream New Hope Church had to create a community hub offering resources, training, and support to help all people reach their God-given potential. We offer three great programs for kids in one great location. Go ahead, check them out!
Our mission is to provide an environment in which children learn in a loving, playful atmosphere that nurtures social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development. We believe children learn best through play while exploring creative outlets that promote problem solving, flexibility and self expression. Our qualified teachers teach to the whole child while supporting individual needs. They want to partner with you to love your child and nourish them spiritually in a Christian atmosphere where everyone is respected and accepted. We understand that childhood is not a race but a journey. We take seriously our commitment to excellence in loving and teaching your child, establishing a goal for a successful, life-long learning experience.
What do kids carry with them most of the year? A backpack! We have a special meaning for a backpack here at the Silo Center. We like to say BACK stands for Before and After Care Kids, and we have a pack of them in our care each day.
The Back Pack is designed to offer kids a different approach to before and after school care. With all of the innovative features of our New Hope Church facility and a staff who will work closely with the kids to provide structure, guidance, and expert advice, the Back Pack is a place your kids will want to be. We believe that it is important to provide a stimulating, encouraging, fun family-style atmosphere where everyone is safe, treated with care and respect, and where kids, parents, and staff work together as a community.
Camp Whatakid is a place your child(ren) will want to be every summer! This is a place for rising kindergarteners through rising 7th graders to make new friends, be curious and creative, learn valuable skills, and experience an unforgettable summer filled with excitement.
At Camp Whatakid, we are eager to provide outstanding service and a quality environment for your child’s summer adventures. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and exciting experience for all campers in our care. We strive to meet each camper’s individual needs and provide an atmosphere for social growth and development while maintaining excellence, value, and purpose within our programs, and facility.
