Psalm 95:1-2; Colossians 3:23
Worship can feel weird. Raising hands, emotional singing, strange lyrics. Is that all it is? Or is there more to it than a 15 minute slot on Sunday?
Psalm 95 shows God's people singing because God saved them, responding on the outside to what they felt on the inside. But Paul expands it (Colossians 3:23): Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord. Worship isn't just music or emotion. It's a way of living that keeps God at the center of everything.
Doors open at 5:45, and pickup is at 7:45 pm.
