We want to serve you in the best way possible. As the church and Silo programs grow and the number of events and requests increase, we have found it necessary to implement a communication process. This will enable us to provide you with the best service and most publicity for your event. As the communication process is being established there will be changes that take place. We appreciate your help in these matters. In order to ensure all events are communicated effectively and correctly, please take time to make an accurate and thorough request.

Before you make your request

  • Make sure you’ve allowed adequate time for the communication process to be accomplished- A minimum of 14 days
  • Evaluate the return on investment. There are many options available, consider what you truly need to promote your event
  • Receive proper approval from your supervisor or ministry leader

Please note that all Audio/Visual requests are made through your calendar event request.

We can’t possibly see all that is happening in and around the building.  We rely on you to help be a set of eyes on the facility that we all have been entrusted with.  If you see something that is in need of repair (lights out, equipment broken, trash not being disposed of, environmental issues, etc.), please let us know.

For immediate safety or security need, please call 911.

Time Off Request
Time Off Request

The Paid Time Off (PTO)/Leave Policy is outlined in the Employee Handbook. To request vacation/personal time or report sick leave, please fill out the form below. Once completed, your supervisor will submit your request to HR and Finance. The HR Office will confirm receipt of your request.  The Finance Office will document your time off and make any neccessary adjustments to payroll.  Thanks!

For those who have multiple supervisors, please submit request to your Senior Staff supervisor, the form will then be forwarded to your Executive Staff supervisor.

Computer, software, phone (desk or mobile), key fob, or any other technical issue?

Please call NorcoTech at 301-519-0557 and choose Option 1 for Support. The dispatcher will answer and assign/transfer to the tech available. You can also email their support desk at support@norcotech.com.

Resource/Facility Request

Need space for a meeting?  Need tech or musician for an event? Need to reserve a bus for your event?
