Join us on Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 12:15 to 2:00 pm (after the 11:00 am service) for a meaningful and fun-filled afternoon for kids and adults alike. This special gathering is all about coming together as a community to raise awareness and funds to build two wells in Africa. These wells will support the Busiu Health Centre, and the Kateiere village, by providing clean, life-changing water to those in need.

Have a picnic lunch and hang out in a fun, family atmosphere. Then, experience a powerful, hands-on water walk where you can carry water along a designated path to better understand what many, mainly young girls, go through every day just to access clean water. Bring your own container, like an empty milk jug, or borrow one of ours for a few laps. The complete walk is approximately two and a half miles, or six laps around. You can walk at your own pace and complete as many laps as you desire.

Donate to the Walk 4 Water Fund

Any and all donations make a difference. Our goal is to fully fund two wells, a total of $21,000, and every gift gets us closer. All donations are tax deductible. Click the Donate button below to give any amount, anytime through June 28th.

Two Villages, One Life-Changing Mission

This year, funds raised through Walk 4 Water will support the drilling of two wells, one at Busiu Health Centre in Buwalasi Cell Village and one in Kateiere Village. Though different in setting, both communities face the same urgent challenge: lack of access to safe, clean water. These projects will serve not only the immediate location, but also the surrounding villages that share these limited and unsafe water sources.

Pre-Order Lunch

Purchase food ahead of time to be picked up at the event: hot dog, chips, and small water bottle for $5, and $3 for snow cones. (There will be some extra hot dogs and snow cones available for purchase at the event on a first-come, first-served basis. There will also be water from a dispenser for free.)

Purchase a Bottle. Change a Life.

Buy a custom-printed water bottle for $25. Each water bottle provides clean, life-saving water for five people for up to 50 years through Hope 4 Kids International’s Water 4 Kids program.

Whether or not you can join us for the Walk 4 Water on June 14th, your bottle purchase makes a lasting difference.

Give. Your $25 purchase provides clean, life-saving water for five people for up to 50 years. One bottle. A generation of clean water for a family far away.

Drink. Carry this bottle with you. To the gym, the office, the walk around the neighborhood. Every sip is a reminder that clean water, the thing we take for granted, is the very thing you just gave to someone else. And when someone asks you about your awesome water bottle? Tell them. Brag a little. Share the story of the village, the well, the five people who now have clean water because of a $25 bottle.

Pray. Every time you lift this bottle to your lips, pause. Pray for the 300+ million people still walking miles each day for water that could make them sick. Pray for the villages your gift will reach.

Give generously. Drink daily. Pray always. Three Words. Three Actions. One Powerful Impact.

Grab your bottle today. Buy one for yourself, one for a friend, and help us fund two wells to bring clean water to two villages.

Walk. Sponsor. Make a Difference.

Every day, kids in Africa walk 3.7 miles to get water for their families. On June 14th, our kids will walk 6 laps (almost a half mile each) to match that journey, and you can sponsor them every step of the way.

Here’s how it works: download the sponsorship form, share it with family and friends, and ask each sponsor to pledge a dollar amount  per lap. Walk 1 lap? Sponsors give for 1. Walk all 6? Sponsors give for 6. Every walker with at least one sponsor earns a commemorative key tag to proudly display and celebrate the difference they made.

Busiu Health Centre

Serving over 40,000 people, Busiu Health Centre is a vital medical facility, but without clean water, its ability to provide care is severely compromised. Patients and caregivers must travel over 1 mile to collect water from an unsafe open pond shared with four villages. In some cases, even those who are ill must make this journey themselves. The lack of clean water has led to rising health complications and even forced the closure of critical departments. A well here will restore dignity in care and save lives.

Kateiere Village

In Kateiere, 260 households depend on the Kibuku River, a contaminated open source located 2 miles away, and shared by five villages. Women and children carry the daily burden of walking this distance for their families’ survival, often at great personal risk. Waterborne diseases are common, and the journey itself can be dangerous. Access to clean water will transform this community, improving health, restoring time for education, and creating a pathway out of poverty.
