Pizza and Gaga

Route 56: Connecting with God on a daily basis helps us know Him better.

This week, we start the night playing Gaga ball and eating pizza. After we have some fun, we’ll get together for our Route 56 lesson, where we’ll learn that connecting with God on a daily basis helps us know Him better. Your 6th grader will participate in funny interviews, watch a video lesson about connecting with God, experience some connection stations, spend time in a small group talking about different ways we connect with God, and get their Know God Devotionals and Journals. Their task during the week is to read the introduction to the devotional and ask someone to be their support partner.

During the summer, our 7th graders through graduated seniors will go through a 5-week series called Faith Skills. During our first week, we’ll discuss how connecting with God helps us know Him better and start our new small groups. We’ll also eat pizza and play Gaga ball.
